Program Delivery

We work in partnership with you to ensure you are supported throughout the apprenticeship duration. For Apprentices:

Receive

Learners will benefit from free membership of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) while studying. On completion of the apprenticeship, learners will receive:
  • Level 4 Adult Apprenticeship Certificate.
  • Eligibility to become an Associate and in time a Fellow of the ICRS.
Progression opportunities include completing modules in Sustainable business at L6 with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

Program eligibility

To complete an apprenticeship, you must be employed in an organisation with your employer's support. By undertaking an apprenticeship, you commit to completing the End Point Assessment (EPA). The CRS Apprenticeship typically requires:
  • Typically holds a level 3 qualification.
  • GCSE Maths and English, Grade C (4) or equivalent.

Funding

Apprenticeships are paid for by employers, not apprentices.
  • Employers with a payroll of more than £3 million can typically use their apprenticeship levy contributions to pay for places on apprenticeship programmes.
  • Any business with a payroll below £3 million is usually eligible for government funding that will cover at least 95% of the cost of an apprenticeship course.
