This qualification is equivalent to two A-Level passes. Upon successful completion of this program, you will receive:
  • Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Lead in Adult Care Accredited with Pearson Edexcel.
  • Apprenticeship Certificate accredited by Highfield Awarding Body

Program eligibility

The Lead Adult Care Level 3 Apprenticeship typically requires:  
  • Working in a Care Service Role in a senior role
  • A Level 2 Qualification preferably in healthcare
  • GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or Level 1 or equivalent. 
  • If you do not have GCSE or equivalent you will need to complete your functional skills in English and Maths during the programme. 
To complete an apprenticeship, you must be employed in an organisation with your employer's support. By undertaking an apprenticeship, you commit to completing the End Point Assessment (EPA). 

Funding

Cost: Non Levy Employers pay a Contribution of 5% which is £200. The Government will fund 95% Please view our funding page for further information Grant: if the learner is aged 16-18 the employer will receive a grant of £1000.
