We work in partnership with you to ensure you are supported throughout the apprenticeship duration. For Apprentices:

Receive

On completion of the Adult Apprenticeship, Learners will receive:
  • Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship Qualification
This qualification is the equivalent to two A-Level passes. Learners will benefit from access to exclusive tools and resources, ongoing personal support from experts in the field and masterclasses. Apprentices can register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and/or the Institute of leadership and management (ILM).

Program eligibility

To complete an apprenticeship, you must be employed in an organisation with your employer's support. By undertaking an apprenticeship, you commit to completing the End Point Assessment (EPA). The Team Leader Apprenticeship typically requires.
  • Working in a leadership role.
  • Holds a level 2 qualification.
  • GCSE Maths and English, Level 1 or equivalent.

Funding

Apprenticeships are paid for by employers, not apprentices.
  • Employers with a payroll of more than £3 million can typically use their apprenticeship levy contributions to pay for places on apprenticeship programmes.
  • Any business with a payroll below £3 million is usually eligible for government funding that will cover at least 95% of the cost of an apprenticeship course.
