The Pearson BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration is for learners who work in, or who want to work in Business Administration in roles such as: Office Manager Programme Manager Executive Assistant It gives learners the opportunity to:
● develop the specific technical knowledge to underpin learners competence in the job roles stated above. This includes the knowledge related to business administration systems, communicating in a business, managing information and knowledge, project management and managing self-development

You must hold a level 3 qualification in business admin, customer services or equivalent
