We gather feedback throughout the year and are always available to support our employers with any queries’ or questions they may have.

Holly has recently completed her Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification with Dynamo Training. Holly says:

“The assessor support was amazing, and the content was engaging and easy to access. I feel like I’ve learnt so much from when I first started the apprenticeship, and now I have a year’s admin experience, a new qualification and I am taking on new roles”

Holly recently completed her EPA, also achieving a Distinction. She says

Deputy Office Manager Ellie has recently completed her Level 3 Team Leader qualification with Dynamo Training. Ellie says,
